An easy way to Earn your Rebate:
New Home Construction:
1. Call me before you visit any Builder.
2. I will register you before visiting the builder.
3. You will receive your Home Buyer Rebate check at Closing! (not 8 weeks later)
4. Your Home Buyer Rebate check will be 1.5% of purchase price. New
Construction only. Existing Homes will be paid at 1%
5. New Home Construction qualifies anywhere in Illinois .
Frequently asked questions:
1. Can you negotiate a better price from the Builder then the Sales people who work for them?
Answer: GREAT QUESTION!! In most cases YES. As a licensed Realtor I have the ability to Show you
many different Builders. This gives us a Greater advantage to negotiate a Better deal than the Builders
own Sales people who can only show you there specific Homes.
2. Does the sales person who represents the Builder still get there commission because I am being
Represented by Coldwell Banker Primus. Answer: Yes they do. The Sales people love the fact that we
bring our Buyers to there office! They are still paid a Full Commission.
3.What is the advantage of going through your company compared to going directly to the Builder?
Answer: All Builders pay a commission to our company when we register our clients. We pass along
1.5% of the full Purchase price back to you.
The Cash Back Home Rebate program is not intended to solicit home buyers who already have a Buyer Agency Agreement with a Real Estate Broker or
Realtor. If you are already under contract with a Builder you are ineligible for this Cash Back Home Rebate program. This offer is Valid and Legal throughout Illinois Only. New
construction broker commission must be at least 3% to Broker and for existing home sales a broker commission must be at least 2.5%
